Excitement is mounting as the 2025 JK Tyre racing season begins this Saturday at the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore. The opening round is set to deliver gripping on-track action as drivers compete fiercely in the Novice Cup and Continental GT Cup, aiming for a triumphant start.
Motorcycle enthusiasts eagerly anticipate the Continental GT Cup, which features a Pro-Am format allowing amateur and professional riders to race side by side. Following a comprehensive talent hunt dubbed 'Street to Track,' Royal Enfield selected 64 amateur and 50 professional riders who will compete on race-tuned Continental GT-R650S bikes.
The Novice Cup, part of the JKNRC since 2018, showcases Indian-made Formula cars and serves as an entry-level platform for budding racers. This year, 27 competitors from five professional teams will display their mettle, promising intense competition over 10 races throughout the season. All events will be livestreamed on JK Tyre Motorsport's social media platforms.
