The TCS World 10K Bengaluru welcomed over 36,000 runners in its 18th edition, marking a significant celebration of distance running in the city. Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot, Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar, and other dignitaries set the tone by officiating the event's start.
The race attracted international participants, with prominent figures like Jammu and Kashmir's Chief Minister Omar Abdullah actively engaging, alongside his sons. Abdullah claimed a noteworthy finish, clocking 50 minutes despite the challenge posed by Bengaluru's humidity.
