Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced a pivotal partnership with Denmark-based Salling Group to lead a digital transformation and AI-enabled cloud migration across its extensive retail network. This strategic alliance encompasses 2,100 stores, impacting 68,000 employees across Denmark, Poland, Germany, and the Baltic states.
The collaboration aims to bolster Salling Group's cloud adoption, ensuring operational stability and fostering greater agility, scalability, and sustainability. TCS plans to enhance the retail giant's e-commerce platform, making it more adaptable to consumer demands.
TCS's Cloud Exponence solution will provide smart managed services across hybrid cloud environments, elevating operational efficiency. Alan Jensen, CIO at Salling Group, emphasized that the partnership aligns with their 'Aspire 28' strategy, aimed at store expansion and market growth.
