HCL Technologies, an IT services company, announced on Thursday that it has been chosen by Just Energy to revamp the US-based energy supplier's operations and customer experience.
Though the contract's value remains undisclosed, HCLTech will employ its Digital Process Outsourcing solutions and the GenAI platform AI Force to increase operational efficiency across various functions including IT, finance, analytics, customer care, sales, and renewals.
The company will also implement its 'digitalCOLLEAGUE' and 'Toscona' platforms to enhance workforce collaboration and process management. Scott Fordham of Just Energy expressed confidence in HCLTech's ability to meet the firm's business objectives, while Ajay Bahl from HCLTech highlighted the contribution to innovation and customer satisfaction.
