Happiest Minds Technologies showed strong financial performance by posting an 11.9% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 57.1 crore for the June quarter of fiscal year 2025-26. This marks a significant increase from Rs 51 crore recorded in the same period last year.

The Bengaluru-based IT firm witnessed an 18.5% jump in quarterly revenue to Rs 549.9 crore compared to the previous year's Rs 463.8 crore. The company attributes this growth to 10 strategic initiatives, such as leadership restructuring, geographic expansion, and the launch of new AI services, aimed at fueling sustainable growth.

Moreover, Happiest Minds announced an amalgamation with its subsidiary, Aureus Tech Systems, to optimize operations. The company's proactive steps also include adding 17 new clients and focusing on digital transformation services to maintain a competitive edge in the IT sector.
