Leading jewellery retailer Joyalukkas has teamed up with tech giant Zoho Corporation to digitally overhaul its retail operations on a global scale. This strategic partnership marks a significant step in enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Initially rolled out across 100 stores in India, Zoho's Customer Experience Platform is now being deployed in 10 international markets, including the UAE, the US, the UK, Singapore, and Malaysia. The platform aims to integrate Joyalukkas' sales and service functions while centralizing customer data for better insights and agility.
According to Zoho CEO Mani Vembu, the technology involved is both scalable and adaptable to local requirements, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all markets. Joyalukkas MD John Paul Alukkas emphasized the move from reactive to proactive, insight-driven engagement, supported by Zoho's comprehensive platform.
