In a groundbreaking move, Reliance Jio has launched JioPC, a subscription service that turns televisions into functional personal computers through a set-top box. This innovation allows users to access a personal computer experience with monthly plans starting at Rs 599, excluding GST.
The service, aimed at India's digital economy, provides JioFiber and Jio AirFiber users the ability to utilize a keyboard and mouse to navigate an environment equipped with 8GB RAM and extensive cloud storage options. Monthly and annual plans offer substantial flexibility for a diverse range of users.
As part of its offering, JioPC collaborates with Adobe to provide free access to design and editing tools. Furthermore, subscribers gain access to critical AI tools, popular software applications, and additional cloud storage solutions, thus catering to the needs of entrepreneurs, students, and digital creators across the country.
