In an effort to enhance its digital retail presence in India, Apple has introduced a novel service called 'Shop with a Specialist over Video'. This service allows customers to connect with an Apple Store team member via a secure, one-way video call for personalized shopping advice and product comparisons.

India is the second market globally to receive this service, reflecting Apple's strategy to cater to its expanding user base here. Earlier, Apple launched its Store app in the country, which offered a more customized and supportive browsing experience.

The video consultation service offers customers the opportunity to learn about the latest Apple products, including the iPhone 16, as well as Apple's trade-in program and financing options, all from the comfort of their homes. The service, available in English, supports both iOS and non-iOS users.
