Cognizant Technologies delivered stronger-than-expected results for the second quarter of 2025, with net income climbing 14% to USD 645 million. This performance prompted the company to uplift its full-year revenue forecast, now projected to grow between 4% and 6%.
The IT services giant reported a Q2 revenue of USD 5.25 billion, marking an 8.1% year-over-year increase. Cognizant attributed this growth to successful large-scale deals, enhanced AI capabilities, and robust execution of its strategic plan to thrive in the AI era.
CEO Ravi Kumar S highlighted the firm's strategy to build a durable portfolio, and CFO Jatin Dalal emphasized the strong execution that led to increased revenues and promises of returning around USD 2 billion to shareholders this year.
