Innodisk, a renowned leader in industrial-grade memory solutions, has announced the launch of its latest DDR5 CAMM2 and LPDDR5X CAMM2 (LPCAMM2) memory modules. These state-of-the-art modules offer a remarkable 60% reduction in space while delivering lightning-fast speeds of up to 6400 MT/s and 8533 MT/s, respectively.
The CAMM2 series introduces a unique design, combining dual channels into a single module and thereby enhancing performance and capacity within a compact footprint. The simplified PCB routing improves signal integrity, resulting in more reliable data transmission. The new motherboard design paired with these modules eliminates issues seen with traditional configurations, enhancing thermal efficiency and offering more space for custom cooling solutions.
These advanced features make CAMM2 and LPCAMM2 ideal for compact devices requiring high performance, such as rugged laptops and fanless systems. Their screw-lock design enhances durability in harsh environments, and the modular architecture addresses limitations in soldered memory designs.
