ATP Next Gen Accelerator: Boosting Future Tennis Stars

The ATP, in collaboration with Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF), unveiled the ATP Next Gen Accelerator on Thursday. This initiative is designed to foster emerging talent in tennis, providing young players with vital resources as they attempt to break onto the ATP Tour.

Eligible players will benefit from ATP Tennis IQ Powered by PIF, an integrated technology platform focused on enhancing player performance. Additional offerings include medical support, structured educational programs, and improved exposure on ATP platforms.

ATP chief executive Eno Polo emphasized the importance of this program at the Madrid Open, stating, "This is a great programme to help accelerate talent, especially in regions lacking the support of established federations." The launch is part of PIF's strategy to diversify Saudi Arabia's economy beyond oil by 2030.
