Speaking at the Maharashtra Training Week inauguration, he emphasized the importance of making administration more efficient and accessible.
Fadnavis noted the transformative impact of technology on literacy, stressing the need for officials to embrace innovations like AI, which could alter work patterns significantly within three years. The program underscores human sensitivity and mental health, alongside technological advancements.
Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Ajit Pawar highlighted 'Tech-Wari 2.0' as a platform for ongoing learning and modern outlook development. Chief Secretary Rajesh Agrawal added that the initiative combines technology training with activities fostering creative and mental well-being for nearly 1 million government employees.
