Indian Tech Firms Adapt to Middle East Tensions with Hybrid Work
Amid Middle East tensions, Indian tech companies, led by Nasscom, are adopting energy-saving measures and remote work strategies. These steps align with government calls to conserve resources during global crises. Over 3,500 member companies are adhering to these practices to sustain industry operations.
In response to ongoing Middle East tensions, Indian tech firms are pivoting to smart management practices, including remote or hybrid work arrangements, as highlighted by tech industry body Nasscom on Monday.
According to Nasscom, the Indian technology sector relies on established hybrid work models, adjusting work-from-home and office-based setups to meet role requirements and customer expectations effectively.
Facing geopolitical challenges, Nasscom is coordinating with stakeholders and governmental bodies for a unified response, emphasizing energy conservation measures and remote work to address operational challenges efficiently.
