Real estate giant Arkade Developers Ltd announced a notable upswing in its financial performance for the quarter ending March, citing a 70% increase in consolidated net profit, which reached Rs 33.26 crore.
This is a marked improvement from the Rs 19.61 crore reported for the same period last year, according to the company's regulatory filing.
The company, which is among the top players in the country's real estate sector, also saw its total income rise to Rs 134.34 crore for the quarter. Annual figures show net profits growing to Rs 156.92 crore in the 2024-25 fiscal year.
