In the wake of the tragic Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad, which resulted in the loss of 270 lives, investigations are intensifying to determine the cause. The ill-fated Dreamliner's black box retrieval and analysis remain a priority for the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB).
The Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, on its way to London, crashed into a medical hostel complex shortly after departing Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. Recovery efforts have identified 215 victims through DNA testing, amidst the ongoing examination of debris and evidence.
As families mourn, Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal paid tribute to the victims in London, emphasizing the need for stricter aviation safety protocols. Meanwhile, funeral ceremonies for the crash victims, including crew members, have been conducted.
