This review follows recent flight rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, including post-accident checks and geopolitical airspace closures.
Chaired by Union Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu, the meeting underscored the need for close collaboration with airlines to swiftly address passenger concerns. Enhanced measures include ensuring availability of food and water during delays, efficient grievance handling, and reinforced wildlife hazard management.
