On Monday, Godrej Properties announced in a regulatory filing that it achieved these impressive sales numbers during the launch of the first phase of its Barca project, part of the Godrej MSR City township in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. The project officially launched in April 2025.
The first phase involves over 2.2 million square feet of real estate and indicates the growing consumer interest in well-designed communities that promise a mix of lifestyle, connectivity, and value.
