El Al Israel Airlines has embarked on a significant operation to repatriate tens of thousands of travelers affected by mass cancellations as a result of the Israel-Iran war that started on June 13.
Following a ceasefire between Israel and Iran after nearly two weeks of hostilities and the phased reopening of Ben Gurion Airport near Tel Aviv, El Al is set to beef up its flight schedule.
The airline announced plans to utilize its entire fleet and increase the number of seats available, significantly expanding capacity in the next 24 hours to accommodate the influx of travelers.
