At Pranaam Hospitals in Miyapur, doctors battled to save those hurt during the explosion. Of the 21 patients admitted, two were declared dead upon arrival, and one succumbed to injuries the following morning. Dhruva Hospitals in Patancheru reported receiving 11 patients, two of whom were referred to specialized care facilities. Among the nine remaining, five required ventilator support.

The cause is suspected to be a chemical reaction, leaving investigators on high alert. Most victims hailed from states like Odisha, West Bengal, and Bihar, complicating identification efforts. Sigachi Industries, known for producing pharmaceutical advancements, now finds itself at the center of a chilling catastrophe.
