An IndiGo flight from Goa made an emergency landing at Indore's Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport on Monday evening. The precautionary measure was prompted by a technical alert related to its landing gear.
According to the airport director, after receiving an undercarriage warning, the aircraft, carrying 140 passengers, was kept airborne for about 25 minutes before landing safely. Emergency protocols, including fire and medical teams, were activated.
The airline confirmed that flight 6E 813 experienced a technical snag just before landing but emphasized that safety was maintained and pledged to carry out necessary checks before resuming operations.
