In a concerning revelation, a pan-India survey by LocalCircles has exposed that 76% of respondents feel Indian airlines are investing more in publicity over passenger safety. The survey tapped into 44,000 citizens across 322 districts, revealing alarming insights.
Notably, the survey comes amidst recent incidents including a disastrous Air India crash and several other perilous situations. These incidents have raised questions about the ongoing safety practices within the aviation sector.
The survey further highlighted that 64% of respondents have encountered at least one rough flight in recent years, indicating widespread challenges with airline operations and the urgent need for focusing on safety protocols.
