In a significant industry development, Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd announced on Monday that it has secured a substantial order valued at Rs 1,349.11 crore from Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL). The contract involves the supply of high-performance conductors, positioned as a strategic move in the power transmission sector.
The deal mandates the provision of 24,080 AL-59 high-performance conductors, bolstering Diamond Power Infrastructure's position as India's leading power cables and conductors manufacturer. The project is slated for completion by June 2028, according to the company's official exchange filing.
This collaboration underscores DPIL's capacity to take on large-scale projects, reinforcing its stature in the industry. As the largest single-location manufacturer in its domain in India, the company continues to expand its portfolio, securing deals that promise to enhance its market presence and operational scalability.
