The Central Railway has announced a special initiative to boost religious tourism by connecting two significant pilgrimage sites, Shirdi in Maharashtra and Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh, with weekly special trains. For a two-month period, these trains will provide a unique opportunity for devotees to visit both Sainagar Shirdi and Tirupati.

This specially scheduled service comprises a total of 18 trips, ensuring comprehensive connectivity at convenient times. The Sainagar Shirdi-Tirupati train will depart every Monday evening starting August 4 and continue until September 9, while the return journey from Tirupati is scheduled for every Sunday morning beginning August 3 through September 28.

En route, the trains will make multiple stops at various significant stations, enhancing accessibility for passengers. The train configurations include modern amenities, with bookings opening on August 1, 2025, promising a comfortable and spiritually enriching travel experience.
