The Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) Drivers' Union has resolved its protest following successful talks with the government.
Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, who handles the transport portfolio, engaged with union leaders to address several longstanding demands such as pending dues and overtime allowances.
The government has sanctioned a Rs 150-crore loan and committed to further resolving the workforce's concerns, strengthening trust between the administration and its employees.
