The company achieved a 3.8% increase in underlying sales, outperforming the anticipated 3.6%. Additionally, its ice cream sector, The Magnum Ice Cream Company, is preparing for an impending demerger slated for mid-November.
Despite these changes, Unilever has maintained its long-term forecast for 2025. The company reported an impressive operating profit of 5.8 billion euros for the first half of the year, slightly above the expected 5.7 billion euros.
