Godrej Properties Reports Robust Profit Growth Amid Revenue Dip
Godrej Properties Ltd has announced a 15% growth in net profit, reaching Rs 598.40 crore for Q1 of the current fiscal year, up from Rs 518.8 crore last year. Despite this, the company saw a decline in total income to Rs 1,620.34 crore compared to the previous year's Rs 1,699.48 crore.

Godrej Properties Ltd has reported a notable 15 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit for the first quarter of the current fiscal year, marking a rise to Rs 598.40 crore as opposed to Rs 518.8 crore in the same period last year.
However, the company has experienced a decline in total income, which fell to Rs 1,620.34 crore from Rs 1,699.48 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, according to a regulatory filing released on Friday.
Mumbai-based, Godrej Properties, a leading name in real estate development, recorded a net profit of Rs 1,389.23 crore with a total income of Rs 6,967.05 crore in the entire 2024-25 fiscal.
