Boosting Defence Exports: MSMEs at the Forefront of India's Rs 50,000 Cr Vision

Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth on Friday called upon MSMEs and startups to focus their efforts on achieving India's ambitious target of Rs 50,000 crore in defence exports.
Speaking at the opening of the East Tech 2025 symposium in Ranchi, Seth emphasized the critical role of the country's 16,000 MSMEs, encouraging them to expand and actively participate in strengthening the nation's defence sector.
The East Tech 2025 exhibition, hosted by the Eastern Command and SIDM, showcases cutting-edge indigenous technologies that aim to meet the operational challenges in the Eastern Theatre and bolster India's military capabilities.
