Sunteck Realty's Stellar Growth: A 22% Surge in Sales Bookings

Sunteck Realty has announced a significant growth of 22% in sales bookings, reaching Rs 1,064 crore for the March quarter, up from Rs 870 crore the previous year. This reflects the company's strong performance in the real estate sector.
The real estate developer's net profit saw a notable increase of 27% to Rs 63.75 crore in the same period, compared to Rs 50.38 crore a year ago. Moreover, total income climbed to Rs 348.88 crore in the recent quarter, illustrating robust financial health.
During the entire 2025-26 fiscal year, the company's total sales bookings surged by 25%, reaching Rs 3,157 crore. Concurrently, net profit rose to Rs 204.36 crore, with total income increasing to Rs 1,168.62 crore, marking a significant year of growth for Sunteck Realty.
