Visa Appoints Suresh Sethi as Group Country Manager for South Asia
Visa has named Suresh Sethi as the new Group Country Manager for India and South Asia. Sethi will lead Visa's operations in the region, succeeding Sandeep Ghosh. Based in Mumbai, Sethi brings experience from his role as MD and CEO at Protean e-Gov Technologies Ltd.
Visa, a prominent global payment gateway provider, has announced the appointment of Suresh Sethi as the new Group Country Manager for India and South Asia, marking a strategic shift in leadership.
Sethi, who will spearhead Visa's operations in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives, and Bhutan, will take over from Sandeep Ghosh, who is departing from the organization to explore other prospects.
With his base in Mumbai, Sethi will report directly to Stephen Karpin, the Regional President for Asia Pacific. Before taking on this new role, Sethi served as Managing Director and CEO of Protean e-Gov Technologies Ltd, overseeing its evolution into a dynamic, product-focused Digital Public Infrastructure entity.
