A tragic accident on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway in Greater Noida resulted in the loss of three lives and the injury of a child. The mishap occurred around 3 am Monday when a WagonR car collided with a truck near the Shahpur underpass.
The victims, travelling from Bhilwara, Rajasthan, to Banaras, comprised two men, a woman, and a girl. The police identified the deceased as Vivek, Ram, and Mamta, all from Bhilwara.
The seven-year-old girl sustained injuries but is reported to be in a stable condition. The police are investigating the exact cause of the collision.
