The families of the victims from the Ahmedabad plane crash are demanding access to the critical black box data. This comes nearly a year after the tragedy that resulted in 260 deaths when an Air India flight crashed shortly after departure.
The victims' families, in a meeting held in Ahmedabad, voiced their frustrations over the lack of transparency surrounding the crash investigation. They seek raw data from the Flight Data Recorder and Cockpit Voice Recorder and urge a more active role from UK's Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau.
While most families have received compensation, some are still fighting for full redress. They also plan to hold a memorial religious function to honor the first anniversary of the crash, striving for closure and accountability.
