In a landmark series of agreements, India and the UAE have reinforced their strategic partnership across vital sectors, including energy, defense, and maritime infrastructure. These crucial pacts were signed during Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the UAE, where he held talks with President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The agreements include a collaboration between Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Limited and Abu Dhabi National Oil Co to enhance India's energy security and establish gas reserves. In addition, a strategic defense partnership will explore joint military hardware development and technology sharing, amid growing concerns over regional stability.
