In a strategic move poised to enhance its real estate portfolio, Aspect Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd has acquired Township Developers India Pvt. Ltd. via the National Company Law Tribunal's resolution process. This acquisition focuses on gaining control over vital land assets in Maharashtra.
The acquisition encompasses approximately 1,000 acres in the Pawna region and an exclusive 2,300 square meter land parcel in Pali Hill, Bandra, a prime residential micro-market in Mumbai. These acquisitions are set to bolster Aspect's presence in both large-scale land development and high-end residential projects.
The approved NCLT resolution enables Aspect Global Ventures to initiate planning and development activities. The Pawna property is envisaged as an integrated township with residential developments, while the Pali Hill site is earmarked for a luxe residential project, addressing the area's demand and supply dynamics.
