CIEL HR, one of India's leading HR and workforce solutions companies, reported significant growth on Monday, achieving a 32% increase in revenues for FY26, approaching Rs 2,000 crore. The company unveiled Vision 2030, an ambitious strategic roadmap to create an integrated, AI-led workforce infrastructure platform for future work scenarios.

Founded with a technological focus, CIEL HR aimed to become a Rs 1,000 crore HR enterprise within a decade, a milestone the company achieved in nine years, according to their release. The company doubled its revenue to Rs 1,984.6 crore within two years and is now targeting a revenue of Rs 6,000 crore by 2030 with their new initiative.

K Pandiarajan, Executive Chairperson of CIEL HR Group, cited the company's journey from Ma Foi to CIEL HR as a reflection of the evolving workforce landscape in India. The initiative reflects a shift from fragmented service models to integrated workforce ecosystems, as highlighted by Aditya Narayan Mishra, MD & CEO of CIEL HR Group.
