Insecticides India Limited reported a significant 15.76% drop in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year, reaching Rs 11.70 crore. The decline was primarily due to elevated expenses faced during the period.

The company's total income for the January-March quarter ascended to Rs 426.25 crore, marking a 19% increase from Rs 358.92 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. However, expenses surged to Rs 414.42 crore from Rs 339.75 crore.

Over the complete fiscal year, the company's net profit saw a slight decrease of 1.83% to Rs 139.41 crore from Rs 142.01 crore. In parallel, total income rose modestly to Rs 2,140 crore compared to Rs 1,999.94 crore earlier.

Managing Director Rajesh Kumar Aggarwal stated that the company maintained steady growth during the year, buoyed by growth momentum and stable margins, despite facing challenges from erratic weather, restricted field activities, and global disruptions.
