Empowering Futures: RGU and CRPF Launch Scholarships for Forces' Dependents

'Royal Shaurya' provides full scholarships for martyrs and gallantry awardees' families, while 'Royal Suraksha' offers 50% tuition support for CRPF personnel's children.

Assam Royal Global University (RGU) has announced a collaboration with the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) to offer two new scholarship initiatives aimed at benefiting the dependents and wards of CRPF personnel.
These scholarships, named 'Royal Shaurya' and 'Royal Suraksha', are designed to alleviate the financial burden on families. 'Royal Shaurya' ensures full scholarships for families of martyrs and gallantry award recipients, while 'Royal Suraksha' provides 50% tuition support for children of CRPF personnel.
RGU Academics Registrar D N Singh emphasized that these scholarships are applicable to admissions in programs accredited by statutory bodies like AICTE, COA, and others. CRPF Deputy Inspector General Manas Ranjan expressed gratitude for RGU's initiative, highlighting its positive impact on the educational continuity of forces' families.
