Supreme Court Resumes Paramedical Admissions in Madhya Pradesh

The Supreme Court has intervened to lift the stay issued by the Madhya Pradesh High Court, effectively resuming the admission process for paramedical courses for the academic years 2023–24 and 2024–25.

The High Court's stay had been enacted following a petition from the law students' association questioning the timing and procedures around the course recognitions, highlighting inconsistencies in the process.

Responding to the petition, the Supreme Court emphasized the importance of maintaining logical timelines and overturned the High Court's decision, allowing the paramedical admissions to proceed as planned.
