In a commendable move, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu hailed the academic achievements of 55 SC and ST students who secured seats in premier institutions like IITs and NITs, as well as through the NEET exam.

Speaking at the Secretariat, Naidu applauded the students, who hail from state-run social welfare residential schools, for their outstanding accomplishment. He acknowledged the vital support of government initiatives and directed the establishment of seven new IIT-NEET coaching centers to support 1,411 more students statewide.

Naidu emphasized the need to strengthen social welfare institutions to nurture young talent, setting ambitious goals to multiply the number of succeeding students in the upcoming years. To commemorate the students' success, Naidu awarded mementos and monetary incentives, underscoring the importance of education in elevating financially weaker sections.
