Empowering Lakshadweep Students with Robotics: KITE's Technological Leap
KITE, the Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education, has distributed robotics kits to enhance robotics learning in Lakshadweep schools. This initiative involves delivering 100 kits, launching teacher training, and aims to integrate hands-on robotics activities into the tenth-grade curriculum, ensuring comprehensive education in new technologies.

The Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) has taken a significant step towards advancing technological education in Lakshadweep by distributing robotics kits to schools across the islands.
As part of this initiative, 100 kits have been provided to enhance the hands-on study of robotics among tenth-grade students, aligning with the Kerala curriculum. The scheme aims to foster an in-depth understanding of robotics through practical activities.
In order to equip educators with necessary skills, KITE has commenced a five-day training program for high school ICT teachers and DIET faculty at its Regional Resource Centre in Ernakulam. The program was inaugurated by Kerala's Minister for General Education, V Sivankutty.
