The Jharkhand Academic Council declared an impressive 95.27% pass rate for the Class 10 board examinations, with female students edging out their male counterparts at 95.51%. Notably, top-performing students Priyanshu Kumari and her peers from various high schools emerged with almost flawless marks.
Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren extended his congratulations to the successful students, educators, and parents, urging those who fell short of expectations to persevere for future success. He reaffirmed his government's commitment to enhancing the quality of education in the state.
This year saw a significant rise in the pass rate by 3.56%, compared to the previous year. Gumla district led the state with a remarkable 99.32% pass rate. However, Chatra district trailed at 91.20%, reflecting opportunities for improvement in specific regions.
