A 16-year-old student died at a private hospital here around two hours after falling unconscious in his coaching institute on Tuesday, police said.
An investigation has been initiated by the police.
The boy fell unconscious in his coaching institute, located near the old bypass at 9 am.
''He was taken to a private hospital by the employees of the coaching institute, where he died during treatment at 11 am,'' the police said in a statement.
The institute has informed the family members of the deceased.
''The matter is being investigated, and forensic experts have also been engaged to assist the investigators,'' the statement said.
The police refused to divulge further details.
