Revamping Ajmer's Sacred Site: Infrastructure Upgrades Ahead

Action is being taken to revamp infrastructure and enhance facilities at Ajmer's Dargah Khwaja Saheb, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Minority Affairs.
A review meeting was conducted on June 19, where the progress of a study by the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) on the Dargah Khwaja Saheb was evaluated. Chandra Shekhar Kumar, Secretary of the Ministry, chaired the session.
Key participants included senior ministry officials, the Nazim of Dargah Khwaja Saheb, and IIPA faculty. They concluded that a comprehensive action plan would be jointly developed with other stakeholders to benefit pilgrims visiting the site.
