On the occasion of International Day of Yoga, top leaders from India Inc. have called for the integration of yoga as an essential part of daily life. They emphasized that yoga, described as a 'precious gift from India,' offers a disciplined path towards self-discovery and resilience.
Apollo Hospitals' Joint Managing Director Sangita Reddy shared her longstanding yoga practice on social media, revealing the profound impact of breath control on emotions. Meanwhile, Naveen Jindal, Chairman of Jindal Steel and Power and a BJP MP, advocated for adopting yoga as a lifestyle, showcasing its significance during a session in Kurukshetra.
The International Day of Yoga saw widespread participation across the country. From Sunder Nursery in the capital to the vast gatherings by Coal India in Jharkhand, thousands engaged in yoga sessions, highlighting themes of collective well-being and cultural richness.
