Actor Rajpal Yadav has received approval from the Delhi High Court to travel to Melbourne, Australia, for the promotion of his upcoming film, 'Mera Kale Rang Da Yaar'. The travel period is set from June 27 to July 5.
Justice Rajneesh Kumar Gupta, on June 23, reviewed the necessary documents and highlighted Yadav's prior international travel approvals. To ensure compliance, the court required Yadav to make a fixed deposit of Rs 1 lakh and maintain communication with the investigation officer via an operational cell phone.
Yadav's passport, currently with the trial court, will be temporarily released under the condition that it must be returned upon his return to India. This development occurs amidst ongoing legal proceedings, where Yadav's conviction in a cheque bounce case was paused, pending attempts for an amicable settlement.
