The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has recently received generous donations amounting to Rs 5.6 crore, boosting its funds for various charitable initiatives. This substantial contribution came from two Hyderabad-based donors: the estate of a late IRS officer and a private company.

Late IRS officer YVSS Bhaskar Rao generously bequeathed assets worth Rs 3.66 crore to the temple trust. His donation comprised a residential property valued at Rs 3 crore and cash Rs 66 lakh, strategically distributed among several TTD trusts focusing on diverse areas, including education and animal protection.

Additional significant support came from Trinity Combine Private Ltd, which donated Rs 2 crore to the TTD's Sri Venkateswara Annaprasadam Trust. Company representatives formally presented their donation at the Ranganayakula Mandapam in Tirumala. The funding is set to advance the temple trust's programs, significantly impacting its community initiatives.
