In a significant display of international cooperation, diplomats from 70 countries gathered in Delhi to plant saplings, aligning with the 'Sewa Pakhwada' initiative celebrating Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th birthday. The event was marked by active participation from various government officials.
Led by the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign, this initiative promoted environmental conservation and global responsibility. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta underscored the campaign's dual message of honoring mothers and Mother Earth, with plans to plant 70 lakh trees across the city.
Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav, alongside other dignitaries, emphasized the significance of this initiative in creating a sustainable future. As part of the celebrations, Union Home Minister Amit Shah unveiled 17 new development projects under the BJP government's ambitious agenda for Delhi.
