A tragic accident occurred on Wednesday night in Madhya Pradesh's Indore district, as a bus rammed into a motorcycle, killing four members of a family. The victims, identified as Mahendra Solanki, his wife Jayshree, and their two sons, were traveling on the Indore-Ujjain highway near Ringnodiya village when the incident took place.

According to the police, Mahendra Solanki, aged 46, was riding the motorcycle with his family when the bus, belonging to Baneshwari Travels, hit them head-on. The crash resulted in immediate fatalities for the parents, while their children succumbed to their injuries shortly after, one at the hospital and the other during ICU treatment.

The bus driver fled the scene promptly, leaving the vehicle behind. Authorities have now seized the bus and registered an FIR against the driver for rashness and negligence. Superintendent of Police Yangchen Dolkar Bhutia confirmed that efforts to apprehend the driver are ongoing as further investigations continue.
