In New Delhi, Indian President Droupadi Murmu graced the Vijaya Dashmi event by the Shri Dharmic Leela Committee, extending festive greetings and emphasizing the importance of overcoming evil. Highlighting Operation Sindoor as a victory over the 'Ravan of terrorism,' she praised the valor of Indian forces.

Vijayadashami or Dussehra celebrates Lord Rama's mythical victory over Ravan, traditionally involving effigy burning. This day concludes the Navratri festival and is pivotal in preparing for Diwali. Observed on the tenth day of Ashvin, it falls in September or October, widely celebrated with immense enthusiasm nationwide.
