In a tragic incident, two young boys from Madhya Pradesh's Singrauli district, lost their lives to a drowning accident. The event unfolded on Monday in Koni village, approximately 60 km from the district headquarters.

The victims, Pramod Kumar Jaiswal, aged 11, and his cousin Balram Jaiswal, aged 10, went to bathe in the local pond around noon. Unfortunately, one of the boys waded into a deeper section of the water, leading his cousin to attempt a rescue. Sadly, both efforts proved in vain, ending in their untimely deaths.

Local leaders, including Sidhi-Singrauli MP Dr. Rajesh Mishra and Deosar MLA Rajendra Meshram, visited the hospital to offer their condolences to the grieving family.
