Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Wednesday said Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's teachings have had a far-reaching impact in promoting spirituality and a balanced way of life.
After visiting the spiritual guru in Bengaluru, the chief minister said his message of wellbeing, human values and global harmony continues to inspire millions across the world.
During the interaction, Sawant also watched ''Love Moves the World'', a short film highlighting the life, vision and humanitarian work of the spiritual leader, officials said.
The Chief Minister further witnessed a demonstration of the Intuition Process, an initiative aimed at helping children and teenagers unlock their inner potential, enhance intuitive abilities and make confident decisions.
Sawant said the Art of Living Foundation has made significant contributions towards stress-free living, social transformation, youth empowerment, environmental protection and humanitarian service, both in India and globally.
He lauded the organisation's efforts to promote mental well-being and foster a sense of collective responsibility towards society, officials added.
